Welcome to Ohana Inspection Services. I bring more than 20 years of construction experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and years of experience owning and operating a custom home building business to every inspection.
My background in engineering and hands-on residential construction gives me a thorough understanding of how a home should be built and how its major systems work together. From the foundation and structure to roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior components, I know what to look for and why it matters.
I founded Ohana Inspection Services with one goal: to give homebuyers and homeowners the knowledge and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their property.
I understand that a home is one of the largest investments you will ever make. That's why I approach every inspection with attention to detail and take the time to clearly explain my findings. My goal isn't simply to provide a report—it's to help you understand your home.
My construction and custom home-building experience also provides valuable insight when inspecting new construction homes, where identifying issues early can help prevent costly problems later.
